Preorder cancellation policy

When you preorder from PackSafe, your payment method is saved securely at checkout and is not charged until your order ships.

You can cancel your preorder at any time before it ships, at no charge. Just email ryan@packsafe.shop with your order number and we'll cancel it and confirm by email.

We'll email you before your preorder ships. If the estimated ship date changes, we'll let you know right away, and you can choose to cancel at no charge.
